Air can be difficult to teach about because one can’t always see it, smell it, hear it, or taste it. But we cannot live without it, so learning about air, and its properties is quite significant. Students of Presidium learned about the properties and characteristics of Air, through first-hand experience of various experiments and observations in which they made parachutes and windmills. They also learned that air has the ability to move things, rise up when heated and settles down upon cooling. Students thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on experience.
