Numbers are mathematical objects used to count, measure, and label. Everyday activities like counting, looking at shapes, and talking about sizes help students develop early numeracy and math skills. To build students’ numeracy and maths skills through play, students of grade Prep recapitulated numbers with the Number Train activity. It was a fun activity to develop the ability to count accurately, name and recognize numbers, and laying foundations for numeracy.
